LSA and Start You Up

Start You Up LTDA (SYU) – and LSA in San Francisco are partnering to create opportunities for Brazilian and US companies alike.

SYU is the first startup accelerator in Vitoria, ES., where an ecosystem of close to 100 startups is thriving.  Companies like PagSeguro, – one or the largest payment plaforms in Brasil – and Wine.com are examples of companies that were founded by local entrepreneurs.

On September 13, SYU will be hosting the regionals for Desafio Brasil, a global competition to win a position at the Intel Global Challenge which will be held in Berkeley.

Stay tuned for important announcements and opportunities as LSA and SYU develop this exciting relationship.

Vitoria is a city of 1.5Million people, the largest port complex in Brazil, home of transnationals like Vale, CST, and Petrobras.  Vitoria is also home of UFES, one of the top ranked universities in Brasil.
